By all measures, it looks like the wine-filled hamlet of Paso Robles, California will become Flash Central, USA for five weeks this fall. Paso Robles Workshops (another brainchild of PixSylated’s Syl Arena) recently published its upcoming schedule. Aficionados of flash photography should take note.
